After, he served for more than 8 years as Deputy County Attorney, then Bureau Chief. David received a Special Recognition Award.
David then went on to the Arizona Attorney General's Office, where he served under the Honorable Janet Napolitano, former Secretary of the US Department of Homeland Security, and former Arizona Attorney General. He later served as a Judge Pro-Tem in the lower trial courts in the Phoenix, Arizona area before relocating to Los Angeles, California in 2005.
He has also been an integral part of the business or sales side of top corporations, including Charles Schwab Inc., & New York Life Insurance Company. At Schwab, he carried Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
David has been involved in the electronic/forensic discovery phase or the document analysis phase of large litigation for many years. He has contracted in very respected civil litigation law firms including: O'Melveny & Myers, Robbins Kaplan, McKool Smith, Davis Wright Tremaine, Gibson Dunn, Arnold & Porter, and Latham & Watkins. While he is generally mild mannered, David can be tenacious in practice, and he is no stranger to the Appeals Courts. When the trial court denied his client a jury trial, he presented oral argument to the Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals reversed the trial court. Read the entire Published Opinion.
